We want your special day to be the best that it can be, and that includes showing your wedding guests the best of our backyard and keeping them entertained so you can focus on your big day.

One of the advantages of Colorado Wilderness Rides And Guides is our specialty in working with big groups, and for wedding guests, who are in town to celebrate, sometimes they too need a distraction and to turn their Colorado wedding adventure into an actual adventure in the Colorado backcountry. Here are some ideas of how to make the best of your wedding day and activities to best keep your guests entertained.

Guided Hiking In Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park – See the best of the Flatirons

There are few things that are more relaxing then escaping the suit and dress fittings, the rehearsals, and the family reunions, then to head for the hills and explore Boulder’s spectacular mountain country. A half-day hike in Boulder or a full-day hike to Rocky Mountain National Park will take guests up close and personal with Colorado’s extraordinary landscape. We’ll get to explore big views, wildlife, and some of the iconic vistas that the state has to offer. Our hikes are custom and private and designed for every level of visitor from easier trails that wander through the lower basins and the rolling hills of Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park, where we’ll get to see alpine lakes and waterfalls, and wildlife such as elk, deer, moose, black bear, and potentially elusive mountain lions. This is a great way to get everyone out for a few hours, and truly explore Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park like only a local can see it.

You’ll marvel at the dramatic rise of the Continental Divide in the distance, as the landscape explodes from flat land to mountain landscape.
