Colorado Wilderness Rides and Guides is one of select few tour companies in Colorado and around Estes Park, Denver, and Boulder that has authority from Colorado's Public Utilities Commission (PUC) to legitimately offer sightseeing tours thus ensuring higher safety standards.

However, Colorado Wilderness Rides and Guides (CWRAG) is the premier Sightseeing Tour company in Colorado because we are the ONLY company of the few authorized PUC companies that is also a permitted guide company in the Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado State Parks, and Colorado National Parks. What that means is our guides are true educators familar with the parks and all the local history and natural history to make the parks come alive. We also are the only company allowed to get out of the bus or van and combine walking / sightseeing tours in order to better appreciate the parks and wilderness areas.
