Our horseback riding tours are trail rides close to Denver, Boulder, and Estes Park and offer an unforgettable western horseback riding experience. Our whitewater rafting trips range from novice (easy) family trips to wild exciting class IV or V rapids. The rivers, Clear Creek and Upper Colorado Rivers are easy access for day trips.

Classifications of rapids:
CLASS I – Moving water with a few riffles or small waves, few or no obstructions.
CLASS II – Easy rapids with predictable waves, clear passages, and wide channels;
some maneuvering required
CLASS III – Moderately difficult rapids with irregular waves and some complex maneuvering required to avoid obstacles
CLASS IV – Difficult rapids with complex channels, waves, and hydraulics. Precise maneuvering in turbulent waters is often required to avoid significant obstacles.
CLASS V – Extremely difficult, long and violent rapids with highly congested routes that often follow each other without interruption. Precise maneuvering in very turbulent waters is required.

Description: Have you ever wanted to horseback ride? Are you and experienced rider wants to ride some the Front Range trails? Our horseback riding tours are perfect for visitors to Colorado or residents. Our Denver horseback riding stables and Boulder horseback riding staples are a 30-minute drive from the city center. This is a great trip for families, groups, group tours, wedding groups, reunions, and individuals that want to experience horseback riding tours around Denver, Boulder, and Golden Colorado.

Schedule: Riding Times: 9:00 am -5 :00 pm. Last 2 hour ride leaves at 3 pm. Riding times based on sign-ups.

Riding Location: Trails around Boulder and Golden Colorado. We will email stable directions and everything on what to expect to once a reservation is confirmed.

Price:

Boulder and Denver Colorado Departure: 1-hour trail ride- $35 per person; 2-hour trail rides $65 per person; 3-hour trail rides $95 per person; $30 each successive consecutive hour.

We call handle groups of 18. But, group will be broken down to groups of 9 based on land manager permit. Minimum trail riding age is 8 years old. We do pony rides for $15 for 15 minutes on stable grounds for ages of 7 or younger..

Whitewater Rafting on the Clear Creek River

Description: This is a great introduction to whitewater rafting trips close to Denver and Boulder Colorado. Float past an historic waterwheel, drop over Castle Falls, paddle though Mountain Lion, then hold on tight for Mr. Twister. For younger people and inexperienced paddlers, this section serves up 11 fun-filled rapids as the perfect introduction to whitewater! Minimum age – 7.

Description: This is the trip for serious paddlers. Jump right into the second half of our advanced full day, and get ready to paddle. With very little warm up you will soon start the continuous class IV rapids, of our Advanced Canyon. Brace yourself for Upper Beaver Falls, Lower Beaver Falls, and The Nixon Rapids. Then take a breath and paddle hard as you drop into Guide Ejector, Double Knife, Hells Corner and Terminator. This trip is only run at optimal water levels, and we reserve the right to refuse these trips to anyone at our discretion. Good physical condition, aggressive attitude, paddling experience and the ability to swim are strongly recommended.
