Sunhat, sunglasses, and suntan cream; warm jacket, raincoat; comfortable walking shoes, trail-running shoes or light hiking boots; synthetic or wool blend socks; day pack; camera and or video camera. Recommended: 2 liters of water, warm hat and glove liners, long underwear top and bottoms (October/November), and headlamp. If someone does not have warm clothing, we have extra layers in our shuttle.

Price Includes

Roundtrip transportation; snacks; water; education about local history and natural history; library for Rocky Mountain flora and fauna; group CB, medical kit, and contingency and emergency support, and Professional guide(s).

Price Doesn't Include

Park Entrance fees: $8 per person daily fee for Eldorado Canyon State Park and $10 per person weekly fee for Rocky Mountain National Park. Entrance fees are paid directly to the Parks upon entrance; Gratuities for guide (recommended gratuity is 15-20%).

Payment

Payment for all fares and charges shall be in U.S. dollars in the form of credit card, debit, or cash. Payment is due at time of service unless prepayment was previously received. Receipts will be given upon request.

Group Size

Groups can range from 4 - 100+. Each vehicle can seat 13-participants and 2 guides. For larger groups, we can use larger vehicles such as a motor coach. Our normal guide ratio is 1 guide for 6 participants. For trips into Wilderness Areas groups have to be divided into smaller groups with no more than 12 heart beats per group. Please inquire about groups less than 4 people including individual guided tours.

Reservations

Call Boulder Wilderness Shuttle at 303-818-1785 Mobile or 720-242-9828 Office. A credit card number is needed to confirm the reservation. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for any non scheduled and custom tours / services. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for the remaining balance. Our only scheduled services are the Boulder - Estes Park Shuttle and Lyons Bike Shuttle. For these services, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy for a full refund. We generally send a credit card authorization to be completed for each reservation. The form explains our reservation, refund, and cancellation policies. We can also take credit card information over the phone.

Cancellation

48-hour cancellation policy for full refund. We reserve the right to cancel for any reason. If we must cancel, we will provide a full refund or alternative dates. Non scheduled, custom and private tours require a non-refundable 50% deposit due at time of reservation and the 48-hour cancellation policy applies to remaining balance.
