Colorado Wilderness Rides And Guides wilderness medicine courses are designed for first responders, guides, medical professionals (paramedics, EMTs, nurses, PA, NP, and physicians) and outdoor enthusiasts. Courses range from introductory to advance. The entry-level courses are for those that want to understand what to do if someone in their family or group gets injured or to improve/update their wilderness medicine education. The advanced courses are for professionals in wilderness emergency medicine and expedition medicine that are in the position of taking care of people in remote settings and critical incidents.

All courses take place around Boulder Colorado, Estes Park Colorado, and Denver Colorado. We are permitted to use local open spaces, Colorado parks, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Roosevelt National Forest as our classrooms.
